I led a team of over 15 specialty tradesmen and contractors for real estate staging and home remodel construction projects, resulting in on-time renovations and successful client management. My responsibilities as a project manager scoped from budget management, client contract negotiations, product procurement, design assistance, luxury real estate staging assignments, digital advertising, and new business development under my apprenticeship of the firm’s founding designer.
